How Do I Reserve a Room?

Pitch Karaoke FAQs

All The Details

Curious are we? You have questions, and we have answers.

What is Private Suite Karaoke?

Your group gets its own room with its own sound system and song queue, so you can sing and dance all night without waiting for a stranger to finish their song.

Where are you, and when are you open?

We're at 640 Main Street, Suite C, in downtown Louisville Colorado. (Sorry Kentuckians) We're open Thursday 5–9 pm, Friday 5 pm–midnight, Saturday 2 pm–midnight, and Sunday 2–9 pm. We're closed Monday through Wednesday.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Absolutely, as long as a suite is open. A reservation is the only way to guarantee one for your group.

When should I arrive, and what if we're running late?

Try to arrive about 5 minutes early so we can check you in and show you how everything works. We do our best to start your time when your group arrives, but if the suite is booked right after you, your session will still need to end on schedule. If you're more than 30 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, we'll open the suite to walk-ins and other reservations, so it may be gone when you get here. Running behind? Just call or text us at 720-730-4105.

How many hours should I reserve?

It depends on your group size and how much you want to sing. For first-timers, two hours is a great place to start.

Are there any minimums?

Only in our larger suites. Our three 6-person suites have no minimum. The 8–9 person suite has a 7-guest minimum, and the 12-person suite has a 9-guest minimum. You'll be charged for at least that many guests per hour, even if fewer people come.

Is there a deposit for reservations?

Sometimes. During peak hours and busy seasons, we may ask for a deposit to hold your suite, and we'll text you to arrange payment. Until it's received, the suite may go to another group that requests the same time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they're applied toward your bill on the night of your visit.

What if we need to cancel, or our group size changes?

Let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to another group. If you paid a deposit, it's non-refundable, so it won't be returned if you cancel. If your group gets smaller before your visit, reach out ahead of time. Depending on the schedule, we may be able to move you to a suite without a minimum, though we can't guarantee it. Once you arrive, the minimum for your suite applies no matter how many people show up, since we've likely turned other groups away to hold it for you.

Can I book multiple rooms for my big party or event?

Absolutely! Book a few suites or rent out the whole space to keep things private. We also offer a decoration package if you want to make it extra special. You'll find buyout pricing under "How Much Does It Cost?" at the top of this page.

Are kids welcome?

Of course! Kids under 6 are free. Children 12 or younger need an adult in the suite with them, and guests older than 12 are welcome to have a room on their own. If your suite has a mix of guests under and over 21, we can't serve alcohol in the room, no exceptions. Adults are welcome to enjoy a drink in the lobby, though!

Do you have food and drinks?

Yes! A server will take your order and bring food and drinks right to your suite so the party never has to stop. Check out our menu page for options. Anyone ordering alcohol will be asked for ID.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Sorry, no outside drinks of any kind, and no outside food, with one sweet exception: celebration treats like a birthday cake or cupcakes are welcome.

Can we split the bill?

Sure, split it however you'd like. If you're dividing it a lot of ways, just give us a few minutes to get it sorted.

Can I see a list of available songs?

Search our full catalog, including a big selection of non-English songs, at www.singatpitch.com. It's the same site you'll use to queue up songs from your suite.

How are the rooms cleaned?

Every suite is cleaned between groups. We wipe down all surfaces, and each mic is cleaned and then sanitized under UV light for five minutes.

Is your space ADA accessible?

Yes! Our accessible entrance is through Verde, the restaurant that shares our building. If you need accommodations, let us know when you book so we can reserve the right suite. When you arrive, call us at (720) 730-4105 and we'll meet you at the corner of Pine and Main to show you the way in.

Is there free parking close by?

Yes! There are two lots beside and behind our building, plus a larger city lot farther down the alley behind Sweet Cow Ice Cream. There's also plenty of street parking throughout downtown Louisville.

Any house rules?

Just a few, and they're the ones you'd expect: no smoking or vaping, no outside alcohol, and everything in the suite stays in the suite (yes, including our awesome Dolly Parton pillow. Basically, be good to our space, our staff, and each other. Groups who can't manage that may be asked to leave, and the full reserved time will still be charged. We'd much rather hear your best power ballad.
